We collect the following categories of data: 1.1 Information You Provide Directly When you create or use your "Twota" profile, you provide personal information voluntarily as part of the app's core functionality. This includes, but is not limited to: ▪Email, name, gender, birth date, and location. Used to identify you, create your profile, and enable personalized suggestions based on proximity. ▪Profile details such as height, biography, photos, sexual orientation, preferences and other personal attributes. Displayed to other users as part of your public profile and used to improve match accuracy. ▪Ethnicity. As part of creating a profile, you are required to select your ethnicity for display purposes. This helps foster diversity, authenticity, and self-expression within the "Twota" community. If you prefer not to specify your ethnicity, you may select "Other". This information is displayed only within your profile and is not used for filtering, prioritizing, or excluding users in matching or visibility features. ▪Selfies submitted for verification purposes. Used solely to confirm that your profile photos accurately represent you. These images are manually reviewed and never shared publicly. We do not generate or retain a persistent biometric identification template from these selfies, and they are not compared against any database outside "Twota". If this changes, we will update this Policy and obtain any additional consent required by applicable biometric-privacy laws before doing so. ▪Messages and chat content exchanged with other matched users. Collected only to facilitate communication and to support moderation or safety investigations when required. ▪Feedback, surveys, or user experience research. Used to enhance product performance and improve the "Twota" user experience.
